Referral and Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Hillarycats Tree Service works and how it earns money. This page explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Hillarycats Tree Service Is

Hillarycats Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, trimming or any other tree work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Hillarycats Tree Service for the calls, form requests or other referrals we send. Pay can depend on details such as how long a call lasts or whether someone picks up. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This pay does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Run Their Own Business

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Hillarycats Tree Service. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider's work. Our pay setup also means the provider you reach depends on which providers are in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check their insurance. Get a written quote. Compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We use this for quality, verification and billing.
